She's just being Noah? Miley Cyrus' younger sister, Noah Cyrus, followed in her famous footsteps and decided to get a drastic new haircut. The 13-year-old actress posted a video and photos on Instagram getting the side of her head shaved. Why should't she? Simply following in the footsteps of her big sister with her parents approval of course.
