The event showcased Nigeria’s best in fashion, art, theatre and music to the rest of the world.

Yvonne ‘Vixen’ Ekwere, Silverbird TV presenter had a rude shock on Saturday, July 28^th when as widely reported her much loved Toyota Camry car was stolen from Posh Oriental Hotel in Lagos.

As Yvonne was with celebrities at the Ynaija #Hashtag show, thieves were plotting behind the scene, it seems as attempts to search for the car proved ineffective as the car park had no CCTV cameras installed .

Michelle Obama is the head of USA Olympic delegation to the London Olympic games. Its a life time experience for every athlete, more so when an influential or well known personality comes within walking distance you must grasp that opportunity. I love the bold Americans for that.

That was exactly what Elena Pirozhkova, the 5-foot-5 American Olympic wrestler did. After hugging Michelle, she nervously asked her if she could pick her up, as there were security all over the place, and in the spirit of Olympics, Michelle gave her the go ahead….and the rest they say is history.
